For those who thought a McRib was too tame. While the U.S. version is a Rib meat patty with BBQ sauce, pickles on a bun, McDonalds Austria fires back by deep frying their Rib patty, then adding cheese, lettuce, onions, mustard and bacon. For best results, dial 9-1-1 before eating.

20. Surf and Turf Burger (Austria)

Some fancy celeb chef in Austria (pictured above) creates this masterpiece.  Take a burger, put a fancy bun on it, add arugula, tomato, cucumber and some surf, in the form of fried shrimp!
